Tip #16

In my book, “50 Ways to Flourish After Divorce,” I take you on part of my journey through my divorce.

Today, I want to share Tip #16- Write in a Journal

Something happens when you write in a journal. It’s very therapeutic and helps clear the clutter in your mind. Even if it’s for five minutes, write something every day.

I look back at my journal writing, years later, and enjoy observing the growth. The best way to journal is to just write, without judgment or qualifying.

No filter. Just let your thoughts, hurts, angers, fears, joys, accomplishments, or any other emotions run free. The process helps flush out the feelings and clears the path for healing.

I hope this helped!

P.S. The book is now available on Kindle on Amazon for only $2.99!

Divorce and your credit score

Going through a divorce is devastating, there is no doubt. What can also be devastating is watching your credit score plummet, as you navigate your divorce.

Recently, I was interviewed by a writer from the Huffington Post on this very subject. If you have any interest in improving your score, this is a must read.

Check it out here and let me know if it’s helpful.

Feel free to email me with any specific questions. I’m happy to help you with this, oftentimes, complicated subject of credit.
